You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetbaj username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All deposits and withdrawals on jetbaj are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity checks.
Deposits are credited to your jetbaj wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements being met.
Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Jetbaj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that have not been used to fund your jetbaj account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all players on the platform.
Jetbaj reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account has not been fully verified or if the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are taken into account.
Jetbaj offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.
Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. For example, if a bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement and the bonus amount is 500 BDT, you must wager a total of 10,000 BDT on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Jetbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account will not be removed retroactively unless there is evidence of abuse or a breach of these terms. Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All games available on the jetbaj platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Jetbaj does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Each game on jetbaj has its own set of rules which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the jetbaj system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your jetbaj wallet. Jetbaj is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults that are outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbaj platform:
Jetbaj monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Accounts found to be in breach of this section will be suspended immediately. Any funds held in a suspended account will be frozen pending investigation. Jetbaj reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Jetbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months or at the request of the account holder.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
You may request closure of your jetbaj account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, jetbaj will process the request immediately and apply a self-exclusion period as requested. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

Jetbaj provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Jetbaj is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, delays in payment processing or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Jetbaj's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
